After you’ve shown me all that you would like me to take care of, I’ll put together a detailed quote confirming all that we discussed and the total amount that it’ll cost, and I’ll promptly send you an email outlining this information for your records. There really isn’t a set rate because so much depends on various factors, including the size of your home, the specific work that needs to be completed, and even the distance of travel to reach your residence. If you choose to hire me for this service, we will then proceed to schedule your first clean at a time that is convenient for you.
The First Clean
Now that you've graciously provided me with a detailed tour of your home and thoughtfully pointed out all the specific areas you want me to clean, I can take care of cleaning your home either with your presence or even without you there—it's entirely your preference. I come fully equipped with all my own professional tools and high-quality supplies, so the only thing I would need from you is a code or a key to gain access, should you decide not to be at home during the cleaning process.
